Книгами из своих личных библиотек щедро ссужали меня профессор Симур Беккер, профессор Марк Раев, Александр и Даниил Генис, Александр и Ирина Грибановы и многие другие. Семейство доктора Фридмана (Paul, Emma and Yona Friedman) приютило меня в своем чудесном доме в Риме, дало возможность осмотреть развалины Капитолия, Форума, Колизея, раскопки в Остии.
